5/Jan/2022 – Charterfields expands its valuation capability with the appointment of Andrew Slevin as Director, effective from the 4th January 2022.   

The creation of this new role is part of Charterfields’ strategy to seek out highly experienced and qualified individuals to deliver exceptional valuation and disposal solutions for clients, across the insurance, business recovery and property surveying markets. 

Andrew has over 35 years’ experience in fixed asset valuations, and wider property advice, across over 50 countries. His previous roles include CEO of a specialist valuation practice based in Singapore. He was also Managing Director of a global real estate consulting firm in Shanghai. This latter role involved managing a team of over 350 people covering property investment, valuations, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, and development consultancy.  

Andrew’s Role

Over the last 20 years, Andrew has also been heavily involved with business operational improvement across personnel management, finance, business strategy, IT implementation, marketing and customer engagement. 

Andrew will be initially based out of Charterfields’ Manchester office and will assist in the delivery and expansion of valuation solutions across a range of industries and markets for insurance, accounting, financing, and transaction purposes.  

Andrew will also be developing new solutions across the firm, including the use of sophisticated valuation data analysis to provide more accurate information for clients.
