RICS and Professional Standards

Charterfields are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Regulated firms are those that are signed up to the RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms, and are regulated and monitored by RICS to ensure that they meet the highest standards. In addition, our senior valuers are ‘registered valuers’ with the RICS.
