We report in full compliance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation – Professional Standards, and, where appropriate, the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) International Valuation Standards and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codifications.
Our financial valuations are led by a qualified member of the RICS and, where regulated purpose valuations are needed, the lead surveyor will be an RICS registered valuer.
